Pope Francis was not only a Catholic leader and the first pope from Latin America, but he had spent his whole life pursuing simplicity and humility. He was frequently surrounded by common people and assisted those in need.
Despite his failing health, Francis passed past the crowd in St. Peter’s Square in his so-called popemobile, which was not equipped with bulletproof glass. More than 50,000 people gathered to honor him.
Pope Francis made his final public appearance on Easter Sunday, greeting audiences during the Easter Sunday Service and delivering his ‘Urbi et Orbi’ blessing from a balcony overlooking the Piazza.

Pope Francis, born Jorge Mario Bergoglio, became the 266th pope.
Cardinal Kevin Ferrell, the Vatican’s camerlengo, stated that he committed his entire life to serving the Lord and his church.
“He taught us to live the values of the Gospel with faithfulness, courage, and universal love, especially for the poorest and most marginalised.
“With immense gratitude for his example as a true disciple of the Lord Jesus, we commend the soul of Pope Francis to the infinite, merciful love of God, One and Tribune.″
The funeral of Pope Francis was attended by hundreds of thousands of mourners, including world leaders. The Italian government acknowledged the attendance of more than 100 international delegations.
Among them were US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump.
The people reacted negatively to Trump’s dress choice. While everyone wore black, he chose a blue suit, which is regarded unusual for a pope’s burial, to say the least.
Pope Francis’ casket, built of basic wood at his request, was transported in procession from St Peter’s Basilica to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, almost 2.5 miles distant.
Melania Trump wore an all-black Dolce & Gabbana suit to Pope Francis’ burial.
However, as photographs of the Trumps arriving at the burial circulated online, many questioned whether she was indeed present.

In a matter of minutes, people were commenting and sharing speculations about a “body-double,” which has happened numerous times previously.
Melania never wears flat shoes. “I’m betting that this is the fake body double Melania because the real Melania did not want to travel with Trump overseas for the entire trip,” one user said.
