The selfless work of stay-at-home parents often goes unrewarded and unrecognized. Some people misconcept that staying at home with the kids all day is a piece of cake. Recently, a man has proved that and showed ‘crazy’ reality of being a mom.
Tennesse Dad, Zack Williams made sure his wife knew just how much he appreciated her. After he got a shower one morning, he spotted something. What Zack saw made it clear just how much his wife, Heather sacrificed as a stay-at-home mom.
From the moment this young American couple had baby daughter, Lottie, they had a special connection with their baby, and that is an unbreakable bond. While Zach worked hard as a car salesperson, Heather stayed at home to dote on baby Lottie.
Writing on his personal blog, Zach shared his experiences when becoming a dad and showed how much his life has changed since his wife gave birth to Lottie. Zach said, back in the day, he and his wife would paint the town red on a Friday night, but now they’re falling asleep on the couch.
He is a car salesman. This is a demanding job because if Zach doesn’t entice customers into buying a vehicle he won’t get his commission, which means the pressure is constantly on.
Sweet little notes in his lunchbox are just one example of the ways that his wife makes sure Zach knows that his family loves him.
Lottie is Heather’s pride and joy. No matter what the mom is doing, baby Lottie has all of her attention.
This is something Zach isn’t afraid to share with the world through the medium of social media. In this dad’s most recent post, the world seems to agree that his wife is a super mom.
Since he shared his sweet post, it has gained thousands of likes and comments with people totally moved by the story.
Zach came home from a long day at work and went to get in the shower. When noticing his baby daughter’s Moses basket in the washroom, he wondered what it was doing in there. It was not until he got in the shower he realized what had happened…
Explaining the importance of the fogged glass on Facebook page (His View From Home), Lottie’s father expressed how it proved just how selfless his wife is. Even when getting a shower, Heather had her attention on baby Lottie. “The fact that my wife can’t even shower without caring for someone else; tending to someone else’s needs. She doesn’t get a second to herself to relax.” Zach wrote.
How many moms can relate to this?
