The family relocated to these walls from a larger home, therefore the major goal was to create a modern and pleasant place that would accommodate all members of the family. The owner chose to hire a designer because the apartment’s initial condition was less than ideal.
Lobby
The apartment’s floor plan remained untouched, with all zones maintaining their original dimensions. The lobby was narrow but long. The floor was covered in ceramic tiles, and the walls were painted in a two-tone color scheme and adorned with moldings. Immediately to the left of the door is a large storage system with an integrated bench.
Culinary Zone
The floor in the kitchen is covered in light ceramics, while the walls are gray. The linear kitchen set comprises one wall and features vivid green facades; the apron is covered with white innovative tiles.
The opposing section was transformed into a full-fledged dining room. The window sill was slightly enlarged, providing more space for breakfast or as a work area.
Bedroom
The master bedroom is supposed to be the most expansive room. The floor is made of engineered wood, the main walls are light in tone, and the accent area is decorated with vivid wallpaper.
A blue bed with a fluffy headboard is near the accent wall. There are bookshelves and a viewing screen opposite it. A blue wardrobe with mirrored parts has been created to the left of the entryway.
Son’s room
This room is given to the son. The walls are adorned in a light color scheme. To the right of the door is a large closet, and to the left is a bed. The window sill has been expanded to create a more comfortable workspace.
Daughter’s room
The daughter’s room is decorated in light tones. On the left, there is an integrated storage system with white facades. The opposite is a sleeping area. A crane-themed fresco hangs on the wall next to the bed.
The room also offers an exit to the balcony, where a comfortable relaxation zone is set up.
Bathroom
The bathroom interior features three different types of tiles, and the style is reminiscent of English classics.
Toilet
The floor in the toilet is similar to the one in the bathroom. The walls are painted black and adorned with pictures of little fish.
